Fire Ground Management and Incident Command

This page was created to improve fire ground management and incident command in division 35 in the interests of safety and effectiveness.  The fire ground management and incident command working group established by the Mabas 35/Madison County Fire Chiefs have created a regional policy for adoption and implementation by all division 35 fire departments and districts.  This page will serve as a resource to properly implement and train on the new regional policy.
